How it works
Send us three things
Your current website address, a photo of your truck or business card, and the last quote you sent a customer. Together they show us how your brand reads today.
Get a short, written diagnosis
We tell you what a stranger sees in the first ten seconds, what is costing you trust, and what we would fix first, with the monthly cost stated before any work starts.
Decide with a person, not a funnel
No junior rep and no pressure to sign for a year. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

Replace a tired site without losing the search rankings, reviews and phone numbers it took years to earn.

Make your Google profile, directory listings and review replies look and sound like the same company as your website.
Brand and website services, and how to choose where to start
Most Oakville service firms are better at the work than they look online. The crews are careful, the finishes are clean, and yet the website is six years old, the logo was made in an afternoon, and the quote arrives as a plain email with no letterhead. Oakville.Agency fixes that gap. We build the brand and the website so a homeowner who has never heard of you trusts you enough to pick up the phone.
Why the brand matters more in Oakville than in most towns
In Oakville, the buyer usually checks you out before calling, and they judge the whole company by what they see. A homeowner in Glen Abbey choosing between three electricians will look at each website, each Google profile and each truck in the neighbour's driveway, then call the one that looks most like it will show up on time and leave the house tidy.
The housing stock explains why. The 2021 Census counted 213,759 residents in Oakville, and close to six in ten occupied homes were single-detached houses. Owners of detached homes buy a steady stream of services over many years: roofs, kitchens, furnaces, gardens, gutters, windows. They are choosing a relationship, not a one-off fix, so they pay attention to who you appear to be.
A brand, for a service firm, is not a logo. It is the promise a stranger infers from everything you show them, and whether the work then keeps that promise.
What we do
We do five things, and each one has its own page in our services overview:
- Brand strategy and positioning. What you are known for, who your ideal customer is, and the three or four sentences every page and every crew member should be able to repeat.
- Visual identity and brand kit. Logo, colour, typography and templates that work on a truck door, a hoodie, a quote and a phone screen.
- Websites for service firms. Plain, fast sites with real project pages, written for the questions homeowners actually ask.
- Website redesign and migration. A new site that keeps the rankings and links your old one earned.
- Local brand presence. Your Google profile, listings and review replies brought into line with the brand.
We are not a contractor. We don't do the renovation, the wiring or the landscaping; we make sure the firm that does it is presented properly.
The arithmetic of looking credible
A better brand earns its cost through conversion, not applause. Here is a calculation you can run with your own numbers.
Suppose your website gets 900 visits a month from people in Oakville looking for your service. If 2% of them call, text or email, that is 18 enquiries. If you close one in three, you win six jobs. At an average job value of $4,500, that is $27,000 of monthly work from the site.
Now suppose a clearer brand and a rebuilt site lift the enquiry rate from 2% to 3%. Same traffic, same close rate: 27 enquiries, nine jobs, $40,500. The extra $13,500 a month came from presentation alone, before any new advertising. Your figures will differ, but the shape of the sum is the reason we start with brand and site before spending on ads.
Proof from our HVAC work
Our published results come from the group's HVAC portfolio, and we present them as results from our HVAC work, not as figures from your trade. Two are especially relevant to branding and websites:
- GasBoilers.ca was built as a separate gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat. Today that division covers 26+ BC communities with 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews, which shows what a focused sub-brand can do.
- Roma Heating & Cooling reached 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months, a reminder that a website is an asset that compounds when it is looked after.
The full set, with what each one teaches a service firm, is on our results page.
Who we are
Oakville.Agency is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. We are Canadian and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we work with firms across the country, including here in Halton. The work is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, who has 17+ years in digital marketing and has built 150+ live HVAC websites. Read more about how we work.
Being based in Vancouver changes less than you might expect. Brand and web work happens in files, calls and screens. What matters is that every recommendation is checked against the Oakville streets you serve, which is why our Oakville coverage page goes ward by ward and community by community.
Before you call
Have a look at three things on your phone, the way a homeowner would: your website's home page, your Google profile, and a photo of your vehicle. Ask yourself whether they look like one company. If they don't, that is usually the first thing we fix.
Then call, text or email. Plans are listed on our pricing page, and common questions are answered in the FAQ.

Frequently asked questions
What is Oakville.Agency?
Oakville.Agency is a Canadian brand and website service for trades and home-service firms in Oakville, Ontario. It belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, whose head office is in Vancouver, BC, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.
Are you a contractor?
No. We don't renovate, install, repair, clean or service anything. We design brands and build websites for the firms that do, and advise owners on how to present and grow the business.
How is this different from Oakville.Marketing?
Oakville.Marketing, a sister brand, focuses on generating leads for trades selling high-ticket work into premium homes. Oakville.Agency starts one step earlier: the name, the look, the message and the website that every lead will judge you by.
Do you only work with HVAC companies?
No. The case studies we publish are results from our HVAC work, because that is where the group's website portfolio began. Oakville.Agency serves service firms of every kind, from painters and electricians to landscapers and cleaning companies.
What does it cost?
Trades.Agency plans start at $1,999 a month, or $1,499 a month on annual billing, plus 13% HST. The Enterprise plan includes a website design and build. Eligible trades businesses get a free first consultation.
Will a new brand confuse my existing customers?
Not if it is planned. We keep what customers already recognise, change what is hurting you, and roll the new look out in a set order so your phone number, reviews and search listings carry over intact.
